It also excels at cleaning dirt and debris that are embedded in carpets that are mid-pile. The IQ has a small footprint and also a self-emptying function. However, if you wish to change floor levels on the map or set no-go zones, you'll need to manually reset it in order to do this, which can be quite an inconvenience.

The IQ's application has advanced mapping and automation features but it's missing no-go zones that are available on iRobot models. Its smart-pathing system allows for superior maneuverability, and the high-pile mode of its carpet cleaning mode is efficient however it can be caught on rug tassels.

The IQ is a more suitable choice for the majority of users than the iRobot Roomba. It has a bigger dustbin and a longer battery life, and is better at navigating obstacles. It comes with mopping tools that are able to remove sticky mess. The iRobot, on the other hand feels more sturdy, has fewer components that require replacement or maintenance and has lower cost per year, and can create virtual no go zones using its companion app. It can even restart the cleaning process from where it left off in case it is unable to recharge its battery prior to finishing the job. The iRobot can also be controlled via voice, which is a huge plus for many users.

You can then manually steer the device around the obstacle and restart it.

The BoostIQ mode is a great feature of the Eufy11S. It allows you to set the robot up to automatically adjust suction strength based upon the floor vacuum mop cleaner robot type and the level of mess. It's also simple to use the remote to direct the 11S in the direction you want it to move.
